Joey and Hugo are the two people I can pretty much always count on to go skate with on my days off work. This Tuesday was no exception. Went out early and got some good footage with Joey at this spot.
When we went to the supermarket to get something to drink we came across this nice little metal ledge and Joey shot some photos of Hugo and I. Later that night I had a session at Paleis with Harmen, Mischa and Ric and then went to Oranje Koffiehuis for some jazz and beer.

Couple of Mondays ago. Skated my way into town, met up with Daantje, T and Peter at the shop and then moved on to Willemsplein. Had a short session and pushed back home again. I’m so digging these downhills on my way to Willemsplein. Ollie up and off every curb, over every sewer lid… Favourite trick all time, that’s for sure!

In the meanwhile Luc has probably recovered from all the slams he took heading down these steps. But fuck… shit was heavy! If you haven’t seen Hugo’s photos yet then quickly head over to Trans Magazine and come back to this post after.

Been really lacking on here. Worked my ass off and then when I come home I tend to sit down for a bit and go to sleep. Wake up late in the morning, take some downhills into town, grab some breakfast, hang out in town, walk back up the hill, cruise down the hill, walk up the last hill, come home, change clothes, back to work. That’s my working week. Then on the weekend I wake up, go skate, come home, eat, go skate again or watch some movie and then off to sleep again. I’m actually glad I’m not on the computer as much anymore, especially now that the weather is picking up again. Plus my computer is just much to slow to even enjoy being on it.

Anyways, here’s a report again from some Monday or Tuesday about 3 weeks ago I think. Time goes fast.

Went to Geitenkamp with Daan, Joey, Hugo and Jaap. Cycling around looking for the right spot to skate.
“Hoogte 80″, claimed to be Arnhem’s highest point.
Back alley skating. There’s a nice bank on the other side of the alley but sadly we were asked to leave within a minute.
Moved on to these two set of stairs and got some gnarly footage with Jaap.
Really love this hood.
Found one more gap that I think Robbin would definitely ollie. Oh and also that really nice handrail on the left…
